Circuit Workshops: Squishy Circuits – Year 1 & 2
This activity introduces children to simple circuits built using playdough. The playdough used is a bit special as it is ‘home’ made and comes in two types; conducting and insulating, both of which are food safe. Children mould the playdough to make what they want and can then add batteries, lights, buzzers and motors to bring their sculptures to life. Presented by science communicator and maker Torben Steeg.
