The Nutcracker
One of Tchaikovsky’s most famous compositions, The Nutcracker is brought to life by Ballet Theatre UK and performed in a unique setting with 24 international dancers from companies around the world.
The Nutcracker recounts the adventures of a young girl, Clara, the night before Christmas. When Clara falls asleep with her Nutcracker, an army of mice attack her toys and the Nutcracker. On her journey she sees magical snowflakes, dancing dolls and a Christmas tree that reaches the sky.
This opulent new production promises everything you love about The Nutcracker, but brighter and more splendid than ever before. Tchaikovsky's most loved musical score combines with magical choreography, exquisite costumes and breathtaking scenery that together create an atmosphere of fantasy and illusion.
