On Golden Pond

In this funny, endearing and touching story, Ethel and Norman Thayer return to their summer home on Golden Pond for the forty-eighth year.

He is a retired professor nearing eighty, but still as tart-tongued, observant and eager for life as ever. His spirited wife, Ethel, delights in all the small things that have enriched and continue to enrich their long life together.

Changes are on the horizon when their daughter Chelsea and her fiancé Bill visit and leave Billy Junior with Ethel and Norman to care for over the summer.
