Jonah Matranga

Jonah Matranga, former front-man of massively influential cult U.S.post-hardcore/alt-rock band FAR celebrates reaching his 50th year by releasing "Halfway To A Hundred". H2AH is a recording of twenty five songs spanning his career chosen by his fans, plus twenty five new songs.

Although Far never became as big as their regular touring buddies Deftones and Incubus, they very much became a huge favourite with many music fans in the 90s, and are cited as influences for huge contemporary acts such as Biffy Clyro, Jimmy Eat World and Thursday.

Since Far's demise Jonah has been releasing solo material both under his own name, and as Onelinedrawing, including split singles with Frank Turner.

This will be very special tour with Jonah playing songs old and new, both acoustic and electric. He will be joined by Derbyshire's Damn Cargo as backing band and support

It's going to be very relaxed, a lot of fun, and a great way to spend a Wednesday evening!
