Midas Fall, Only Echoes Remain, For Astronauts And Satellites

Midas Fall combine elements of electronica, post rock and alt rock with progressive and goth overtones to create taut, atmospheric cinematic soundscapes that shimmer with dark gothic grace, which are both delicate, and brutal in equal measure.

Their distinctive and captivating sound sweeps through tidal waves of Elizabeth Heaton’s haunting vocals.

The band who hail from Oban in Scotland release their fourth studio album "Evaporate" on April 27 2018 on Monotreme Records.

Their previous three albums received glowing reviews with comparisons to Portishead, Explosions In The Sky, and Cocteau Twins

Support from London based post rock four piece Only Echoes Remain who play cinematic, instrumental rock incorporating sweeping soundscapes, intricate melodies and crashing guitars. The band have supported Her Name Is Calla and Totorro among others.

Opening the evening will be For Astronauts and Satellites who create expansive, and beautiful post rock soundscapes incorporating old Nintendo handhelds and Commodore 64 computers as well as the usual drums, bass and guitar. Influences included 65 Days Of Static, Reuben and Explosions In The Sky.
