The SCO make their debut at Beacon Arts Centre with a programme that is full of energy and guaranteed to put a spring in your step!
Stenhammar's Romances are favourite pieces from the homeland of the lively Swedish conductor and violinist, Tobias Ringborg. Mendelssohn's sunny 'Italian' provides Mediterranean flavours, principal players from the Orchestra have fun with Bottesini's Duo for violin and double bass, and Mozart's 'Haffner' brings the concert to a rousing close.

Formed in 1974 with a commitment to serve the Scottish community, it is also one of Scotland's foremost cultural ambassadors.
