Tina returns to her spiritual home of Frampton on Severn to treat audiences to a musical journey from New Orleans to Broadway. With multi award winning David Newton on keyboards and Paul Jefferies on double bass this is a guaranteed treat for all jazz fans.

Tina has been a prominent part of the jazz scene since 1981 and won the BT British Jazz Award 1998 for Best Vocalist. A dusty soprano with a three octave range, she is a flexible, imaginative interpreter of both traditional and contemporary songs.

Paul Jefferies

Paul Jefferies appearing at this event

Paul Jefferies is an accomplished bassist and teacher based in Oxfordshire, England. He is bassist with the Rob Terry Trio, The Ben Holder Quartet, Gypsy Fire and his own trio ‘Tantrum’ featuring Tommaso Starace. Paul teaches students of all levels from beginner to very accomplished (and even well known) performers. Paul was one of the founders of the successful Oxford Jazz Festival, he currently operates ‘Jazz-on-Tap’, Moreton-in-Marsh and Witney jazz clubs and has made a name for himself as an active and successful promoter of music and musicians.
