Hollywood Vampires
American rock supergroup Hollywood Vampires announce a UK tour for September 2020. Rock and roll royalty Joe Perry, Hollywood superstar Johnny Depp and shock rock icon Alice Cooper tour in support of their critically acclaimed new studio album “Rise”.
Taking in Leeds, Glasgow, London and Birmingham, they will be tearing up a venue near you in September next year. The three legends first came together to record in 2015, bonding over a shared love of their favourite songs and a desire to celebrate their ‘dead, drunk friends’ by playing the songs of the fallen heroes. Riotous performances ensued around the world.

Hollywood Vampires
In 1972, on the Sunset Strip at a club called the Rainbow Bar & Grill, the Hollywood Vampires were born in the upstairs bar. It was a gathering place for the rock stars living in or passing through L.A. 'To join the club, one simply had to out drink all of the members,' says Alice Cooper, a founding member of the Vampires. 'I would walk in on a typical night and John Lennon, Harry Nilsson, Keith Moon, who would usually be in a costume like a maid or a chauffeur, Bernie Taupin, Jim Morrison and Mickey Dolenz would be there. The next week might be Bernie Taupin, Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison and Mickey Dolenz.' In 2013, Cooper and good pal Johnny Depp got together and decided the spirit of the Hollywood Vampires should live again (minus the drinking). Cooper and Depp were joined by long time mutual friend Joe Perry and the recording began: a tribute to the original Hollywood Vampires. An environment was born for great artists to hang, laugh and play together. Sir Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Joe Walsh, Slash, Robbie Krieger, Zak Starkey and more stopped by to record.

Primal Scream
Loaded with a massive eclectic body of work, from their early C86 jangly guitar releases to the ambient baggy indie-rock sound of their Mercury Prize winning 'Screamadelica', their mid-career pastiche of the Rolling Stones, right through to their later more experimental dance-based material, Bobby Gillespie and the boys are forever movin' on up.
