Mairi Orr

Scottish singer songwriter Mairi Orr performs her debut album ahead of it's official release. Following her 2012 EP release 'The Gathering Crows', the new album is a collection of 12 original tracks which explore untapped stories and contemporary themes, often drawing from her own west highland connections whilst musically demonstrating the vibrant connection between Scottish and American folk traditions. The band line-up joining her for this special event are Steven Polwart on guitars, Mattie Foulds on drums, Nico Bruce on double bass, Eilidh Shaw on fiddle and Dave Currie on dobro.
