A Play, A Pie & A Pint:There Is Someone Who Hates Us

The play is a thriller written in 2011 and covers private and loving relationship of two women, Maria, from Brazil, and Cate, a foreign. They decide to live together in São Paulo. Inside an old and decaying apartment inherited by Maria, They live in conflict. They have different histories and cultures that cause constant friction.

In the middle of this conflicting environment, violence and terror knocking at their door ,invading their home. They find themselves forced to face physical and psychological abuse of some homophobic building that becomes an invisible enemy and constantly present.

In an atmosphere of suspense and suspicion they have to deal with the impunity of Brazilian justice, with a mother who considers them a bad example, with a priest that tries to convince us that are great sinners, with a landlady who can do anything and their personal anguish.
