The Wendys, Time For Action

MAC Events are delighted to announce that The Wendys will be reforming to play Audio in Glasgow on Saturday 30th September.

The Scottish indie band were one of Tony Wilson's last signings to the legendary Factory Records and released their debut album, Gobbledygook, on the label in 1991 during the height of the Madchester scene.

Also riding the crest of the madchester wave at this time were Northside and we are over the moon that Northside singer Dermo will be bringing his new band Time For Action up from Manchester to play on the bill with The Wendys.

Time For Action released their self titled debut single recently and are already causing a buzz around their hometown. Glasgow you are in for a treat!
