Lifecycles
In this special concert, Phil will work with the North East’s rising youth jazz stars – Sage Gateshead’s regional youth jazz ensemble, Jambone and other young musicians from the venue's Centre for Advanced Training, presenting works developed by Phil with the musicians.
The second set will feature a new version of Phil’s work Lifecycles, arranged to take advantage of the larger forces, performed with Royal Northern Sinfonia and Jambone with Phil and guest musicians including trumpeter Percy Pursglove, North East vocalist Zoe Gilby, and rising star young conductor Matt Roberts.
