Local History Month - Pasture, Parks And Paintings Guided Walk

Members of Gateshead Local History Society will lead this walk which looks at the history of the Shipcote area.

The walk looks at how this area has developed, takes an outside look at Saltwell Park, and ends in the Shipley Gallery at approximately Midday.

There will be tea, coffee and biscuits and the option to stay and enjoy the exhibitions.

Please meet outside the original (main) entrance to Gateshead Central Library on Prince Consort Road.
