Folkestone Hythe Operatic And Dramatic Society Youth Section

This famous story of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, is brought to the stage at the Tower Theatre by the Folkestone-Hythe, Operatic and Dramatic Society’s Youth Section. Every year the Youth Section presents a full length drama enabling the youngsters to show off the skills they have gathered by their regular attendance of their Sunday night meetings. Well recognised for the quality of their productions, the Youth sections version of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow promises to be no exception.

A guy named Ichabod lived in a little town called Sleepy Hollow. He was the town teacher and choirmaster. One day, Ichabod realizes that the richest guy in town has an only daughter, he decides to hit on her so she'll have no choice but to fall in love with him. One problem, there's Brom and he wants to kill Ichabod for taking his lady. Ichabod lies low for a while, but then something amazing happens. There's a party at his lady's place and he is invited. The party is hoppin', but when it's over, his lady dumps him. Ichabod is making his way home, when he meets the Headless Horseman. Ichabod goes nuts trying to get away and when he finally thinks that he's safe, the Headless Horseman throws his head at him, and knocks Ichabod off of his horse and onto the ground.
