The South top a bill at this now legendary festival that includes the Radio 2 favourites and multi-award winning Bellowhead, returning guitar great & folk hero Nic Jones and founding member of bands such as Planxty, The Bothy Band and one of the most respected and well-known Irish musicians of all time, Dónal Lunny.
A whole raft of acoustic festival favourites also join the line-up including one of the finest acoustic and slide guitar players in the world Martin Simpson, the foremost exponent of the Northumbrian pipes Kathryn Tickell and the UK’s most exciting roots pioneers, the Reggae Roots fusion that is Edward II.
The mix of great music, great site, quirky village location, street theatre, spoken work, hands-on workshops, party atmosphere and giant Children’s Festival ensure there's something for everybody.
