Swingamajig is the UK’s first one-day urban festival dedicated to Electro Swing, Gypsy Folk, and vintage mayhem. Nowhere else offers such a harmonious culture clash of vintage and urban delights. It mixes the decadence of 1920s glamour with the urban set beneath the giant railway arches of Digbeth’s Rainbow venues complex.
There are ten different spaces to choose some, some outside some in, including a circus big top and shelter beneath the arches, there are a plethora of exciting spaces to explore throughout the festival.
This year the festival expands to a 5,000 capacity site across The Rainbow Venues, The Night Owl, Adderley Street and Lower Trinity Street in Digbeth.
The eclectic line up covers everything from electronic beats, to Balkan folk, gypsy punk, big band swing, world, global beats and rockabilly/rock n roll, there really is something for everyone.
