Severn Sounds Festival is a community festival, based in Worcestershire, started in 2013 by friends Ben Russell and Scott Howland, looking to bring a platform for local acts to perform to large audiences, whilst supporting local charities. As the years have gone by, they have grown substantially with support form local businesses providing sponsorship to allow them to keep the entry costs to a minimum to bring Worcester its very own family festival for all.
The festival has expanded into a multi platform arts festival, aimed at giving younger bands and artists the platform to perform, with free activities and projects to get involved with to engage the whole community.
