International Caravan

Welcome all, to International Caravan, the festival of Roma culture, supported by Arts Council England, Global Local and Best Foot Music. The first event of its kind in the Britain, International Caravan is curated by members of London's Roma communities, featuring artists from across the UK as well as several East European countries, with many making their London debut.

The event will showcase the diversity of modern Roma music and dance, with a mix of traditional instruments, modern sounds and dance performances; so expect tumbling dancers, musicians from 11 to 80 and above all a fantastic atmosphere. This is the first in what will become many years of events and festivals celebrating the ‘real’ as opposed to the ‘big fat’ version of Roma culture.

Come along for a colourful night of dance, singing and a great party atmosphere as Roma artists celebrate and share what their culture is really all about.
