One of the UK's finest Rock 'n' Roll Bands. Every time vocalist Spike self-confidently informs his enthusiastic audience 'We're the Quireboys ... and this is Rock 'n' Roll' everyone present has a pretty clear idea where this musical journey is about to lead. For decades, the Quireboys have been synonymous with hand-made rock music, spiced with edgy riffs, driving rhythms and their frontman's unique voice.

2009 Blues Music award winner Mike Zito is one of those rare artists that can sing like nobody’s business, can write songs that instantly grip you, play one hell of a mean Gulf Coast style guitar and has the stage presence to draw in any audience.

Hertfordshire-born Danny Bryant is a guitar protégé of the American blues guitarist, Walter Trout. In 1994, at the age of fourteen, Bryant first met Trout at one of his concerts in Cambridge. The two have remained close friends for the past twenty years. In May 2014, when Trout underwent a liver transplant in Omaha, Nebraska, he was in no condition to tour his new studio album “The Blues Came Callin”. He asked Bryant to front his band and tour America. Bryant continues to perform songs from Walter, plus songs from his own 'Temperature Rising' album. 'Temperature Rising' is edgier, fiercer and rockier than his previous albums, but still has its roots steeped in the blues.

Hey; you know that trick you can do with a fresh bottle of Cola and you drop a mint in and it explodes in a frothy fountain…. Well, take a really hot, tight R’n’B band forged from top muscians and front it with Rebecca Downes and the effect is much the same – an explosion of Soul tinged Blues from the days when R’n’B rocked the world. In a genre that’s almost over run with pyrotechnic guitar slinger's and rocking Blues shouters, Rebecca is doing things her way; taking the music back to its raw basics; touching the same vibe that Ike & Tina had when it was more about the music than the relationship. In perfect synchronicity with writing partner & band leader Steve Birkett, Rebecca’s take on the Blues is not to merely tell about what brings her down, but to almost celebrate that what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. There’s humour in there, and warmth, but don’t try and kick this girl when she’s down, she’ll bite through to the bone.
