Machine Head are an American metal outfit packed with brutality and fearsome energy and a sound 'as raw and heavy as possible'. Their live show is packed with intense power and an undeniable bond with their audience. The band formed in Oakland, California in 1991 and have since secured their legacy as a legendary act.

Gojira (France)

Gojira is a progressive metal band formed in 1996 in Bayonne, France. The band was known as Godzilla until 2001. Gojira is composed of Joe Duplantier on vocals and rhythm guitar, his brother Mario Duplantier on drums, Christian Andreu on lead guitar and Jean-Michel Labadie on bass. They are known for their environmentally-themed lyrics, and cite the ill state of mother earth in their albums Terra Incognita (2000) and The Link (2003).

Emperor

Revered Norwegian black metal innovators originally formed in 1991. The band dissolved in 2001, but reunited from 2005 to 2007 for a few festival dates and brief US tours, and once again be reuniting for a very select number of major shows in 2014.

Lacuna Coil

A heavy, but very haunting, band from Italy. Their trademark sound has been painstakingly developed since the band's formation in 1998. Their music could be described as 'gothic', but it is also utterly unique, carried along by the wonderful vocals of Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferra, and the instrumental skills of several very talented musicians. They have won themselves a dedicated fanbase, both in Italy and abroad.

Lord Of The Lost are a goth metal band from Hamburg. Defined by themselves as 'dark rock', expect to hear an abundance of different genres when they tour around Europe and beyond.
