Awna Teixeira, Jonas and Jane

Awna Teixeira, once part of Po' Girl and more recently in the UK as one of the ABC Girls of Canada comes to Farnham for the first time. One part Canadian, one part Portuguese and all parts singer-songwriter, Awna has has the gift of the gab as well as the gift of song. She'll be bringing her banjo and her accordion and, with a bit of luck, her new album titled The Wild One.

Opening the evening will be Jonas and Jane, who combine old-timey American roots music with blissful harmony voices. Fairly new on the local scene, this duo are just embarking on their musical journey and are well worth checking out.
