Rock The Stadium: Here And Now - The Very Best Of The '80s: Five Star + Midge Ure + Paul Young + The Real Thing + Curiosity Killed The Cat + Altered Images + T'Pau + Toyah Willcox
Originally from Romford, Essex, Five Star were dubbed 'Britain's answer to the Jackson 5', with their dynamic sound and fabulous dance routines. The darlings of the pop world in the mid-80s, Five Star rocked the British and US pop charts in the 80s, and scored a total of 16 top 40 singles, 6 of which went top ten, and achieved a multi-platinum selling UK No.1 album in 1986 with 'Silk & Steel'. A formidable live act in the 80s, they sold out 6 nights at Wembley Arena on their 1987 UK tour.
Five Star tour dates
From Slik and The Rich Kids to Ultravox and Band Aid, Midge has produced consistently innovative and excellent pop music. Fronting Ultravox, Midge had nine top 10 albums and sold in excess of 20 millions records in the UK alone before moving on to an equally successful solo career. His most successful song though remains the multi-million selling Do They Know It's Christmas, which he co-wrote with Bob Geldof.

One of the coolest and funkiest bands of the '80s with their chart topping numbers 'Down To Earth', 'Misfit' and 'Name And Number'. Curiosity Killed The Cat first found fame in the mid-80s with their first album 'Keep Your Distance' entering the UK album charts at number 1 and staying there for 13 weeks.

One of the brightest stars in the 80s new wave sky, Altered Images are best remembered for their no.1 single 'Happy Birthday'. Their bubbly lead singer Claire Grogan originally shot to fame in the film 'Gregory's Girl', then later went on to appear in 'Red Dwarf', 'EastEnders', 'Skins' and was a presenter on music station VH1.

Fronted by fiery redhead Carol Decker, T'Pau were one of the first acts to have a number one single and number one album in the charts at the same time with China In Your Hand and Bridge Of Spies. Other hits include Heart And Soul, Secret Garden and Valentine.
T'Pau tour dates
A colourful character, part of the '80s post-punk New Wave scene, Toyah had considerable chart success with hits such as It's A Mystery, I Want To Be Free and Brave New World.
Alongside her ongoing recording career and role as a TV presenter, Toyah has
also trod the boards with the lead role in the musical Anne Get Your Gun.
