Twenty Five years to the day after the first ever gig at The Cavern, we're incredibly delighted to announce an exclusive UK show for one of post-hardcore's finest musicians and producers - J. Robbins. Vocalist and guitarist for Jawbox and Burning Airlines, producer of many (including Against Me, Jawbreaker, mewithoutyou and hundreds more).

"J. Robbins is the producer and engineer who recorded Daria’s new record 'Impossible Colors'.

He is also a guitarist/singer and songwriter, a veteran of many indie-rock/post-punk bands and projects, who spent the 1990s and early 2000s fronting the Washington DC-based bands Jawbox and then Burning Airlines, riding the lowest-breaking waves of Indie Rock’s emergence into mainstream culture.

His most recent project, Office of Future Plans, has released material on Dischord Records and Arctic Rodeo Recordings. In the past two years he has done solo acoustic tours in the US, playing new material and acoustic versions of songs from his former bands, both on his own and supporting Jonah Matranga (aka Jonah’s Onelinedrawing).

Last year J. self-released an acoustic EP, 'Abandoned Mansions,' on Bandcamp. A follow-up acoustic EP and a full-band album are in the works. These shows supporting Daria are J’s first-ever solo shows in Europe."
