Roy Orbison & Buddy Holly both grew up in the same part of Texas, recorded early work in the same studio in New Mexico, even at one point recorded the same songs. Roy Orbison went on to write so many songs including "Only the Lonely" & "Crying", Buddy Holly's short career earned him a place (13th) in Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Artist of all Time"!
