A Rare Greenland Shark which has not been seen in British Waters for nine years is spotted on a Cornish Beach.
What happens on the beach triggers a series of events that would have far reaching consequences. Inspired by the lives of two locals, this play shows the far-reaching consequences of how environmental change is impacting our lives. ?But the path to an eco-conscious world isn’t easy. ?‘After Shark’ is about rising together as a society and standing up together and making this world a better place to live for the generations to come… ?
Based on true events, Newlyn harbour stood up when it saw a fish wash up dead.? Written by Lita Doolan it is based on true life with characters that try to keep their conscience clean from the climate change they see on the shore. ? It tells us about how we’ll miss the little things if we don’t act now. ?Like the incredibly beautiful flowers on the coastal paths that won’t be around if we keep treating the environment like that.
