McOpera

Based upon the song cycle Friday Afternoons by Benjamin Britten, A Song for Haddo is the exciting culmination of this year's outreach programme.

Musicians from McOpera, the Scottish Opera orchestra, have been working with 120 primary school pupils on some of the original songs and on writing the new Song for Haddo for this performance. The orchestra will include McOpera players, students from the North East of Scotland Music School and other Aberdeenshire schools.
