Brexit - Where Now?

On Thursday 23 June 2016, 51.9% of the UK voting public opted to Leave the European Union and 48.1% voted to Remain. In the ensuing months, politicians, the media and the public have all been grappling with the implications of this result. A new vocabulary of “hard” and “soft” Brexits as they unpick 43 years of treaties, agreements and thousands of pieces of legislation, has emerged.

Join the panel including Kirsty Hughes, Scottish Centre on European Relations; Ivor Tiefenbrun MBE, Founder and Chairman of Linn Products, Professor Nicola McEwen, Associate Director, Centre for Constitutional Change, University of Edinburgh; Iain Macwhirter, The Sunday Herald; and Professor Alan Page, University of Dundee, as they look at the implications and new relationships between Scotland and the rest of the UK and the European Union.
