The Rah's, Ayakara, Indigo Sixteen

With their sparkling and jangling slices of Indie/Rock N Roll, young Scottish band The Rah's are making waves far beyond their seaside hometown of Prestonpans near Edinburgh. Citing bands such as Arctic Monkeys, The Enemy and Kasabian as influences, The Rah's also cast their musical nets deeper, taking further inspiration from the likes of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Jimi Hendrix. Their tunes are classics of good-time Rock N Roll: songs about going out and living young helping to keep their feet on the ground; whilst the sky-scraping psychedelic-tinged music puts their heads firmly amongst the stars.
