A farmers' market with a scientific twist, SciMart brings together food producers, researchers and chefs to reveal the fascinating science behind some of our favourite foodstuffs. With demonstrations from award-winning Edinburgh chef Paul Wedgwood, talks and tasty treats, SciMart brings you a packed menu and food for thought. New for this year is a mini-restaurant of food surprises for our younger visitors.
