To Absent Friends Concert

Edinburgh Brass Band have performed a free concert as part of the To Absent Friends festival every year since they launched the festival back in 2014. This is now firmly established as the band's favourite concert of the year and they’re delighted that it’s always so popular with the audience.

Taking inspiration from and honouring absent friends, Edinburgh Brass Band will a perform a selection of reflective and inspiring music. This year, for the first time, the concert will take place in the beautiful St Mary's Cathedral in Edinburgh's West End. The cathedral will provide the perfect back drop for the concert and a stunning acoustic too.

The concert takes place as part of To Absent Friends, a Scotland-wide festival of storytelling and remembrance taking place this November.
