Shostakovich 10 and Elgar Cello Concerto
Players from all over Scotland unite to form the Universities of Scotland Symphony Orchestra, this year performing Shostakovich's mighty Tenth Symphony. Copland's rousing Fanfare for the Common Man and Elgar's Cello Concerto complete the programme, with all proceeds donated to the charity, Music In Hospitals Scotland.
