Two Pianos And The Saundaryalahari
The renowned Genoa-based pianist duo ensemble Biondi Brunialti perform an evening of contemporary works by Kurtag, Berio, Filotei and Durant in an atmosphere of meditative calm, lights and space in the Reid Concert Hall.
The event will also feature the premiere of a new composition for two pianos, modular electronics and interactive videos by Yati Durant called Saundaryalahar? 1.
The ensemble and audience are invited to take part in listening to the music through the meditative concepts of the Saundaryalahar? and ?r?cakra, which form structural frameworks for wider interpretation and peace.
The ensemble base their interpretations on the collective principle of Amore, Allegria, Armonia (Love, Joy, Harmony) and look forward to sharing this through music to all.
