Obie

As well as being one of Scotland's headlining stand up comedians, Obie also has a unique ability to remember things. He can remember a shuffled pack of playing cards after seeing them only once, He can remember lists of hundreds of random word and numbers. This isn’t an ability Obie was born with, it is something he has trained himself to do. He also teaches people these skills as a part time business to help them boost their memory.

Obie has now created a show where he combines his unique memory skills with sharp stand up and improvisation. During the show, Obie will treat you to his unique stand up style with an added feature- he will memorise the names of the entire audience. Using the names of the audience and a random list of words he will create a unique improvised story at the end of the show.

Obie will be performing 'Remember My Name' at the Edinburgh festival before taking it on tour and then to the comedy festivals in Australia next year.
