On his last days in the death cell at Barlinnie Prison Peter Manuel awaits execution for eight murders committed in a ruthless and homicidal rampage that held Lanarkshire in an icy grip of fear. Death watch officers pass the tense and uneasy time with him as the hour of his execution draws near.
