Soul Cafe Meet-Up & Talk - 'Confessions Of A Happiness Junkie!'

We are thrilled to announce our speaker Jules Mitchell aka The Happiness Junkie™. Jules will be sharing why her own 'addiction to happiness' was born out of years of struggling with sadness, anxiety and fear. Jules will show us that by harnessing your happiness using the 'inside - out approach' you will not only be given the freedom to 'dive into your happy' but also gain the courage to jump feet first into your fears!

As well as the talk we will be running a regular Book Exchange so bring along any books that you feel have inspired you or pick a book from the selection and just bring it back once you've read it (no money is exchanged just trust). Entry fee is £5 on the door which includes free tea/coffee/cake!
