The lyrical swinging tenor saxophonist Harry Allen, his tone often reminiscent of Stan Getz, makes a first time appearance at Watermill Jazz. Harry has toured internationally across Europe and Asia, working with the likes of Alan Barnes when appearing in the UK. He has recorded with amongst others Larry Goldings, Scott Hamilton, Howard Alden, John Pizzarelli, Keith Ingham and Joe Temperley. The concert, featuring mainly standards, will be recorded on the evening by Andy Cleyndert.
