This evening of swinging jazz will be an appreciation of some of the musical collaborations of Clark Terry and Bob Brookmeyer, a theme close to Enrico and Roy’s hearts.
Exposed to the best of jazz from when he was a child, Enrico met many of the great names including Louis Armstrong who took him under his wing, giving him advice and corresponding with him.
Roy made his name as the regular trombonist with the Alex Welsh Band from 1965 to 1978, then with Humphrey Lyttelton and many others including Peanuts Hucko.
