Never miss another 'Bridget Christie' show
A Bic For Her: Bridget Christie
Star of Radio 4 series Bridget Christie Minds The Gap and soon to be seen in Anna and Katy on Channel 4, Bridget Christie is a very funny woman.
Last year, she noticed that misogyny, like shiny leggings, had made an unexpected comeback. Why did Bic launch the 'Bic for Her' - a pen specifically designed for a woman's hand? Do we really need a Smooth Groove camel toe solution? These and many more serious questions will be asked – and, if we’re lucky, partly answered!
Bridget Christie has been a regular on the sketch and stand-up circuit for the last 5 years. She was a finalist in the Funny Women Final 2004, nominated for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2005, won the inaugural Funny Women Best Show Fringe Award 2007 and was nominated for the Chortle Best Breakthrough Act 2009.
Bridget appeared in the second series of The Omid Djalili show on BBC1 and on Andy Zaltman's Radio 4 Series, Andy Zaltzman's History of the Third Millennium Series 1 of 100.
'One of the finest comedians around' (The Independent)
'A superb stand-up with a powerful voice and something to say. It's nothing short of a revelation' (The Observer)
'... another cracking show from the current queen of crusading UK comedy...' ( The Guardian).
