Funhouse Comedy brings an outstanding day of comedy to the beer garden stage at Bar One, Derby on Sunday July 8th with its Edinburgh Festival Preview All-Dayer.

2.00pm – Pat Monahan – Goals#
Multi award-winning comedian and Fringe favourite, returns to Edinburgh with another brand new stand-up show. We all have life goals, whether it's to win the lottery or marry up, make it your goal to come and watch an hour of great comedy from an Irish-Iranian smoggy! Constantly touring, comedy website Ents24 has listed him for the past three years in the top three of the hardest-working comedians in the UK.

3.25pm – Laura Lexx – Trying
Laura spent 2017 trying to get through therapy, trying the patience of everyone and trying unsuccessfully for a baby. She's done trying now; it's time to laugh. As heard on BBC Radio 4 Extra and Absolute Radio.

4.50pm – Jayde Adams – The Divine Ms Jayde
Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nominee 2016. Comedian Jayde Adams is going full diva to Edinburgh, with glorious gowns, acerbic charm and show-stopping music by Olivier Award winner Richard ‘Jerry' Springer:

6.15pm – Adam Rowe - Undeniable
What does it take to become undeniably good at what you do? Fresh from a sell-out UK tour; Liverpool Comedian of the Year winner and English Comedian of the Year nominee Adam Rowe, presents his hilarious new stand-up show about his working-class roots and the determination, arrogance, selfishness and sacrifices it takes to become undeniable.

7.35pm – Alistair Barrie – The InternationAL
Alistair Barrie headlines comedy clubs all over the world and is a BBC Scotland Breaking the News regular. He has been nominated for Best Show at the Fringe twice and lost both times. This year he is going for the hat-trick. The InternationAL is his eighth solo show, which means five of the others haven't been up to scratch either.

8.55pm – Tom Houghton – The Honourable
Tom's just been made 'The Honourable'. Not by his own merit (he's been sacked from Weatherspoons twice) but the traditional aristocratic way, by default. Basically, his dad, ex-Chief of Defence Staff and current Constable of the Tower of London, was inducted into the House of Lords, making Tom 'honourable' apparently. The 2017 sell-out, critically acclaimed star of BBC, Comedy Central and Channel 4 presents his second show, reminiscing on growing up and discovering that true honour often lies where you'd least expect.
