Paul Lamb And The Kingsnakes, Spank (1)

After a fantastic performance when launching the club in 2014, Paul Lamb and the King Snakes are heading back to the Great Central Blues Club on Saturday 5th March 2016.

Hailed by aficionados and music press around the world as Europe’s foremost blues harmonica exponent, Paul Lamb has forged himself a place in the history books as one of the greatest players of our time. His name is synonymous with serious quality and his leadership skills have kept the Kingsnakes at the top of the British blues scene for almost two decades.

They are supported by local band Spank! (aka Spank The Monkey) as part of their 20 Years Tour. Spank is a dynamic fusion of raucous roots and blues-rock. Their live performances acquaint younger members of the audience with the glory of British Rhythm and Blues whilst reminding more senior onlookers of the halcyon days of luminaries such as the early Stones, Dr Feelgood and the Yardbirds.
