Last Night at the Proms
Join the British Philharmonic Concert Orchestra as they celebrate their return to the newly refurbished Hippodrome with a rousing gala of fun. Featuring soloists Alison Roddy, soprano and Andrew Forbes Lane, tenor.
The concert will feature well known British music from Elgar, Sullivan, Monckton, Parry, Wood and many more including of course the traditional Pomp and Circumstance finale of whistle-blowing flag-waving Proms music with 'Rule Britannia', 'Land of Hope and Glory', 'Jerusalem' and 'Sailors Hornpipe'.
