Tim Jarvis is an environmental scientist, author, adventurer and public speaker, committed to finding pragmatic solutions to major environmental issues related to climate change and biodiversity loss.

In this visually stunning lecture Tim will recount the 2013 Shackleton Epic expedition when he successfully led an authentic re-enactment of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s perilous 1916 voyage from Elephant Island to South Georgia and the dangerous crossing of its mountainous interior, all in commemoration of the Endurance expedition, the greatest survival journey of all time.
