Target 25 Fundraising Open Day
Target 25 is Cranleigh Arts Centre’s new fundraising initiative, which aims to raise £25,000 to preserve and modernise its building for the next 25 years and beyond.
The Open Day is an opportunity for everybody in the community to visit the Arts Centre and take part in free taster workshops and to learn about the history and architecture of the building.
There will also be an opportunity for people to hear about The Brooking Collection at the Venice Biennale followed by short Q&A session where Charles Brooking will answer questions about historic building architecture. Charles will be joined by Arts Centre volunteers, Vanessa Ford-Robbins and Nik Huddy, who recently appeared on Channel 4’s Restoration Man, which documented their resurrection of the derelict Longhurst Lodge in Baynards Park.
At 2pm there will be The Brooking National Collection - Looking Ahead talk by Charles Brooking (tickets £5)
