Explore the creative imagination of the ancient Egyptians in this artistic journey through sculpture, painting and relief. Over four Saturdays the class will look at Egyptian art spanning a period of 2,500 years and explore the role and development of art in Egyptian
society. The course will be presented in a series of richly illustrated talks although there
will be plenty of opportunities for group discussions and question and answer sessions.

Suitable for: Beginners and those with a moderate knowledge of ancient Egypt.

Each day will include a one hour lunch break.
