Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.
Nathan is a young black British comic, gigging on both the mainstream and black comedy circuit. His set is highly observational, influenced by his culture and upbringing, and also coming from a young person's outlook on life, from the well-known Nigerian traffic warden and the always-disciplining West-Indian mother, to MTV's Pimp my Ride.
'Excellent story-telling skills keep the crowd easily entertained' (Three Weeks).
‘Caton is probably the most exciting young black comic on the scene’ (Fest Magazine).
'Caton's a slick performer with an unbeatable stage attitude and the confident air of someone much more experienced' (Chortle).
'Compelling, well-observed stand-up... He specialises in laidback, on-the-nose material, chopping down fools of all colours, both in day-to-day life and in the media' (The Guardian).
Nathan Caton was named in Ents24's top 20 hardest-working comedians of 2015.

He was described by Bristol's Venue Magazine as 'sickeningly talented' and by Matt Lucas as 'one of the best new acts I have ever seen'.
'Surreal genius' (Metro)
'I laughed so hard"... So funny someone should call a paramedic' (The Guardian).

'Kate Lucas is a unique act who combines a warm, self-deprecating persona with a dark dry wit that that runs through her songs. She combines catchy, original melodies with sophisticated lyrics and a fresh delivery style to present her playfully bitter musings on life' (Careys)
'Stole the whole evening with her musical comedy... had some of the crowd at the back of the room crying with tears' (Fringe Report)
'Combines deft lyrics with a lovely sense of progression' (Chortle)
'Hugely talented musical funny girl' (Monkey Business Comedy).

In 2016 his most recent show received 5 and 4 star reviews, whilst several of jokes made it into lists of ‘Best Joke at the Fringe’ compiled by The Scotsman, i-News and The Huffington Post.
