A Streetcar Named Desire
From the company that brought you "The Graduate" in January. It is 1947, Blanche DuBois, a schoolteacher from Laurel, Mississippi, arrives at the New Orleans apartment of her sister, Stella Kowalski. Following their sell-out performances at the Sir John Mills Theatre Ipswich, "A Streetcar Named Desire"returns to the Headgate.
Do not miss this rarely performed play which is regarded as among the finest of American plays of the 20th century and cemented Williams's reputation as one of the most influential writers of our time.
