Swing Unlimited Big Band

Swing Unlimited Big Band return to the Regent centre on Remembrance Sunday for another of their ever popular evenings of nostalgia.

Swing Unlimited are widely recognised as one of the most versatile and entertaining swing bands in the south of England. Their musicians and singers offer a complete range of music from the 1920s right up to modern pop, funk and rock via greats such as Glenn Miller. Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Michael Buble and Jools Holland.

This year SUBB have performed at numerous open-air festivals and concert venues and recently appeared for two consecutive nights at the Regent Centre with their 'Night at the Movies' evening.

In this special year, we mark the 70th anniversary of VJ Day and the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and 'We’ll Meet Again 2015' will honour those who have given so much for our country in conflict.

SUBB will bring you a selection of the best loved songs, tunes and poems from the war years and beyond. Expect Glenn Miller, Bing Crosby and Vera Lynn but also expect one or two 'Swing Unlimited' surprises!
