James And The Giant Peach
When a giant peach washes up in New York City it quickly becomes a popular tourist attraction, and the creatures that live in it become instant celebrities.
James Henry Trotter is a boy from Dover, in England and his insect companions Miss Spider, Old-Green-Grasshopper, Centipede, Ladybird, and Earthworm have all crossed the Atlantic Ocean with him.
Orphaned James tells of how he grew up with his evil Aunts Sponge and Spiker, who had originally charged people to see the giant peach. But then he escaped and this is the thrilling, funny and heartwarming story of the journey across the sea.
Based on Roald Dahl's timeless children's book.
