New Music Chi
In his 90th birthday year, the University’s Sinfonietta will tackle a work by the great grandfather of new complexity, Pierre Boulez. In contrast, Frederic Rzewski’s Coming Together features minimal pitches but maximal political meaning. These classics of the contemporary repertoire will appear alongside new work by staff and students from our own campus in a yearly event that is guaranteed to electrify as well as entertain. Includes megaphones, simulated tap-dancing and weapons of mass destruction…
If you are a University of Chichester student or staff member you will be admitted to this concert free of charge. You will need to provide a student card or staff card at the door. 1 ticket only per student/staff member please.
