The Pete Williams Band

One of the founding members of chart-topping Birmingham band Dexys Midnight Runners, Pete Williams, will be performing songs from his newly released album "Roughnecks & Roustabouts" - the follow-up to his critically acclaimed solo release of 2012 "See".

"After spending the last couple of years back on stage with Dexys at major venues and festivals around the world, the chance to play my own material with my own band really excites me," says Pete.

And it is quite some band too. Drummer Dean Beresford and guitarist Shez Sheridan are both members of Richard Hawley's band and have also toured and recorded with the likes of Duane Eddy and Tony Christie. Dean was also in the band of Imelda May and Brummie swing legends King Pleasure & The Biscuit Boys. The Band's newest recruit is bassist Laurence Saywood.
